A pair of jeans is at its most perfect just before it disintegrates. When I realized how many old (well-loved and well-worn) pairs of jeans I had squirreled away because I couldn’t bear to chuck them, I knew I had to do something. Nor am I the only jeans hoarder, I have discovered.

The cushion covers and i-pad sleeves are made from organic fair-trade cotton with patchworks of well-worn jeans material. They are all triple-sewn for strength, and lined where needed with calico or indigo-dyed cotton.
